For Parents & Students

Every cadet is encouraged to become involved in school activities, clubs, committees, and sports.

Cadets interested in club membership should contact his/her homeroom teachers. Cadets will then be informed about the rules and regulations for each activity, club, committee, and sport.

Cadets who violate rules may be denied participation for a period of time or permanently denied participation. A cadet must be present in school at least one-half day to be eligible to practice or participate in an extracurricular activity that same day.

The eligibility of cadets participating in interscholastic activities at The Maritime Academy of Toledo is determined by the by-laws of the Ohio High School Athletic Association and The Maritime Academy of Toledo Board Policy.

All assemblies, after school social activities, dances, etc. must be sponsored  and approved by TMAT administration.  They will be posted on the school calendar.
