CTE Culinary - Culinary Fundamentals for the Maritime Steward 1 and 2

During this program, students will learn various food production methods, cooking techniques, and culinary sanitation.  All of these are crucial to the successful operation of a galley on any ship.

Each student will  be eligible for the Servsafe® Foodservice Manager certification in food safety.  This certificate is a highly-recognized credential in the culinary arts and hospitality industries.
