- Verbal or written threats observed toward students, faculty or schools
- Weapons/suspicious devises on or near school grounds
- Gang related activities
- Substance abuse
- Unusual/suspicious behavior of students or staff
- Self-harm or suicidal sentiments
- Any other school safety related concern
